Quality starts at the quarry face
The whiteness of the final powder depends on the rock we select. Our quarry team extracts and sorts limestone before it reaches the crushers, keeping darker or contaminated material out of the production stream.
Raw material purity of approximately 99% has been reported in company analyses of our limestone.
Extraction Process
From raw rock to crushing feed

Face preparation
Removal of overburden and preparation of the working face.

Extraction
Limestone is extracted with excavators and wheel loaders.

Selection
Material is sorted visually for whiteness and cleanliness.

Haulage
Selected rock is transported to the crushing area.

Crusher feed
Rock is stockpiled and fed to primary crushing.
